Shopify purchases currently only ship within Canada and to the US

Shipping costs are weight based and will be automatically calculated during check out. We utilize USPS and UPS for shipments, depending on our volume of orders and the shipping destination.

Non-Shopify, Paypal purchases must be arranged for international shipping

Shipping outside the US and Canada is only available through Paypal as a private sale. Message us for shipping fee schedules and price quotes. All quotes match the lower price of Shopify and/or Amazon Handmade US store, plus any country-specific tax or duty.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case an item was sent incorrectly or received damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
